BEHIND CLEARFORK
We are a Fort Worth, Texas based company specializing in premium proteins.
We share a connection with the city’s legendary stockyards, where more than a million cattle and hogs were once sold. It was there that farmers, butchers, and restaurateurs gathered from miles around to buy for their ranches, stores, and dining establishments.
